KM party rentals is by far the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with.Very unprofessional, RUDE & disrespectful, and provided poor customer service. They do not value their customers and very money hungry. They argue with their clients . I will never recommend KM party rentals until they take some courses on PROPER customer service skills & RESPECT!

They are liers and will charge the credit card withou your consent   ,which is 100% illegal.

Never trust this company and stay away from them.

Lots of good companies like affair rental or mclean sherwood, please use them as they  have 1000 time better service with no  headaches.

It was our first time renting from K&M for our brothers wedding and we were blown away by their amazing service and the knowledge each and every person working their had. The items they carry are classy and exactly what we were looking for at such great prices. They were accommodating from beginning to end, whether it be needing to keep items a few days extra at no additional charge or adding in last minute changes. The whole team was just great. Not sure why there are negative reviews as this place has always come through! Best prices in the city for rental equipment. They are very organized from the front to the back.
