They do not value their customers and very money hungry. They argue with their clients . I will never recommend KM party rentals until they take some courses on PROPER customer service skills & RESPECT! They are liers and will charge the credit card withou your consent ,which is 100% illegal. Never trust this company and stay away from them. Lots of good companies like affair rental or mclean sherwood, please use them as they have 1000 time better service with no headaches.
